Receipt of grievance letter
If you receive a formal grievance letter from your employee then you must send a response acknowledging receipt and advising the employee that the company will carry out an investigation before a grievance meeting can be held. The investigation should be carried out without any undue delay and the grievance meeting should be held without any unreasonable delays.
