Since February we’ve been slowly and systematically inviting people in to use Staff Squared. We stuck to the mantra of “Slow is smooth, smooth is fast” and our aim was always to make sure that everything was absolutely necessary for public beta launch was exactly as it should be.
We know that, for many of you, we’ve been adding accounts more slowly than you’d like (speaking, of course, in this case to the thousands of you who are on the waiting list). We’re sorry to have taken a little longer than we might have hoped. The fact is that we’ve been juggling Staff Squared with our day job of keeping Atlas‘ customers deliriously happy, which is no small feat.
Why Staff Squared?
Well, mostly because the small monthly fee we charge for Staff Squared will save you a tonne of time that you currently waste on HR administration and paperwork.

A few of the features we added just out of private beta were:
- Company events in the calendar, so now you can organise your teams even if you’re working remotely
- All new and improved organisation charts
- Ability to upload documents that you can share with staff
- A cleaner – more refined user interface

We’re still listening and continuing to work behind the scenes on improving and growing Staff Squared so please bear with us if we happen to move some of the furniture around a little bit while you’re not looking.
