What's a user?

A user is anyone who has the ability to log into StaffSquared. When you add a new staff member, a user account will automatically be created for them, allowing them to log into StaffSquared.

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards as payment.

When do I pay?

Well we have a trial period, so your first 14 days are free. If after the trial you decide you want more, that’s when you will make your first payment. Your next payment will be made on the same day the following month.

What if I want to cancel?

We’d be very sorry to see you go, but you can easily cancel your monthly subscription online at anytime. You will be charged for your current month, but then you’ll never be charged again.



What's this I hear about a free trial?

When you first sign up you will have full access to staff squared, absolutley free, for 14 days.

If after your trial you decide you like staff squared, that's great! You'll just need to make your first payment and then you can continue right where you left off.

If after your trial you decide that StaffSquared is not for you, that's fine too. We don't take card details when you sign up so you can leave any time during the trial without worry.
