SSL. We use 128-bit bank level SSL encryption to protect information as it travels between your browser and Staff Squared.
Trusted and proven physical security
Our servers are located in a state-of-the-art data center, which uses biometric authentication, key card access controls, and constant video surveillance to protect the servers that store customer data. The data center also has a Network Operations Center (NOC) that is staffed 24/7.
Real time backups
Customer data is stored across redundant disk arrays with high availability failover protection. Snapshot backups are performed every 15 minutes to local and offsite backup servers.
