What happens at the end of my trial?You’re presented with the option to upgrade and if you enter your card details your account is made live immediately. Any information you have entered during the trial remains in your account.
What payment types do you accept?We take all major credit cards and direct debit for UK customers. Customers paying annually can also pay by invoice.
Do I have to commit to a minimum term?Unlike some of our competitors we don’t ask you to sign up to Staff Squared for a minimum term. Bottom line is that you can cancel at any point because we don’t want your money if you’re not ridiculously happy with Staff Squared.
What does it cost?Staff Squared costs just £3 per person per month. That’s it, there are absolutely no other fees. You can find more information on our pricing page.
Do you offer discounts?If you don’t ask you don’t get! Email firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us why we should give you a discount.
If I enter all my data in a trial do I have to enter it again if I upgrade?Not at all! Your trial account is the same account you will go on to use when you upgrade.
What happens if I join before my free trial period expires?That's simple, the remaining time on your trial period will be used up before we bill you so you're guaranteed the free 14 days regardless of when you upgrade.
What software and hardware do I need?Because Staff Squared is a cloud application all you need is a browser and an e-mail address, there is no need for you to purchase any additional hardware or software.

How do I import my staff data?It’s incredibly simple to import your staff data, you can import from a spreadsheet or enter your staff details one at a time.
Can I export my staff data?Totally. You can export all your staff data in to a spreadsheet and download a backup of all the files in the account at any point in time.

Can I sync my existing email calendar with Staff Squared’s calendar?Absolutely. Whatever email client you use at the present time you are able to sync with the Staff Squared calendar.
Do I have to pay extra for upgrades?Upgrades are included in the cost of Staff Squared. You will never pay more for additional features.
What happens if I terminate a member of staff? Am I still charged for them every month?When you terminate a member of staff they can no longer log in to Staff Squared. All of their data is kept on your account indefinitely and you can reinstate them if you wish at any point in the future. You will not be charged for terminated staff.
Is my information in Staff Squared data safe?We backup your data in real time, encrypt your data using bank level 128-bit security and our servers are located in a state of the art data centre right here in the UK. We also registered with the Data Protection Act to show how much we care about the security and privacy of your data.
