Letter withdrawing a conditional offer of employment
An employer can send a letter to withdraw a conditional offer of employment if during the employment process they have found that the prospective employee has failed to satisfy conditions of their employment.
An offer of employment cannot be withdrawn based on the protected characteristics of a person, such as pregnancy, ethnicity or disability. This is in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.
