Harassment and Bullying Policy
The Harassment and Bullying Policy is written in accordance with the current best practice and provides employees with a guarantee that the company is, and should always be, committed to preventing harassment and bullying from happening in the workplace.
The policy will include instructions on how to address harassment using formal processes.
The Harassment and Bullying document makes specific references to all unlawful grounds that discrimination and harassment fall under. This covers all protected characteristics such as sex, age, race and disability.
The company’s commitment to the policy will set out to protect all staff from bullying and harassment and provides an indicative list of the types of behaviour that companies will not tolerate in the workplace.
